our story
our story.
hey, sis. was born from a desire to create a space where women and girls can be seen, be heard, be creative and thrive with the support of one another without fear of judgment or limitation. our journey is rooted in the belief that true empowerment comes from connection, creativity, and community.
how it all began
growing up in London, we experienced firsthand the richness of culture, community, and creativity. but we also saw the gaps—places where women and girls were underrepresented, unheard, or excluded. the need for an inclusive, uplifting space was clear. hey, sis. was created to fill that gap—a home for sisterhood, self-expression, and growth.
our mission
at hey, sis. our mission is simple but powerful: to cultivate safe, creative and inspiring spaces where women and girls can connect, express themselves, and grow together. through events, workshops, and initiatives, we strive to empower, uplift, and nurture a community that truly sees, hears, and values every member.
the journey so far
since our inception, we have been dedicated to building an authentic, supportive network. from community gatherings to creative workshops, we have fostered spaces where women and girls can freely be themselves. our journey has been filled with growth, learning, and countless moments of sisterhood, and we are only just getting started.
